After introducing e-Protect, a filter that cuts down on blue light, the French Krys chain of optical retail shops has added a different letter to its Protect line with the release of n-Protect. It is a collection of glasses for driving at night featuring yellow lenses to boost contrast and reduce the glare of headlights and streetlamps. It is sold at all Krys shops. There are three frames – rectangular, pilot and sport – priced at €39 apiece. Customers may opt for corrective lenses in their first or second pair of glasses. Single-vision lenses cost €20. Progressive lenses, priced at €35 apiece, are available only on second pairs.
