Carol Montgomery, the chief executive of Orange 21, is relinquishing that title to join the company's board of directors. Orange 21's president, Michael Marckx, will take on the CEO title in addition to the presidency. Michael Angel, who has been interim chief financial officer and treasurer, will take on those roles permanently, in addition to the job of secretary. A new role at Orange 21 has been created, that of executive vice president for sales and operations, and Greg Hagerman has been chosen to fill it as of Dec. 1. He was previously the chief operating officer at GMI-USA, a footwear licensing company, and also held senior roles at Vans.
