Cazal recorded a 4 percent increase in total sales in 2011, but the company is not presenting any final figures yet. Its biggest markets in 2011 were Germany, the U.S. and Japan. In the U.S., the company recorded a sales increase of 14 percent in 2011. In Japan, sales decreased by 2.8 percent, mainly due to the economic situation after the tsunami last year. For 2012, Cazal expects an even stronger decrease in its sales in the Japanese market. In 2012, the company wants to be more flexible regarding reorders.
