Advancing Eyecare buys Santinelli International
Advancing Eyecare has acquired Santinelli International, a supplier of optical finishing equipment. The deal was concluded in December, but terms have not been disclosed. Advancing Eyecare is owned by Atlantic Street Capital (ASC), operates in North America and includes the Lombart Instrument, Marco Ophthalmic, Innova Medical and S4Optik brands.
