Carl Zeiss Meditec acquires DORC

Regulators having cleared the way, Carl Zeiss Meditec has finished acquiring the Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center (DORC). Negotiations began in December of last year. The seller is Eurazeo, an investment firm headquartered in Paris.
