De Rigo to acquire Rodenstock eyewear division
De Rigo Vision has announced the signature of an agreement to acquire the full ownership of Rodenstock’s eyewear division, a transaction that is scheduled to be completed at the end of second quarter of 2023. The amount of the acquisition was not disclosed.
