Clearly, IAPB to merge in 2021
On Jan.4, 2021, Clearly, a charity founded in 2016 by the Hong Kong-based philanthropist James Chen, will merge into the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB), an alliance of civil society organizations, private sector, and professional bodies promoting eye health through advocacy, knowledge and partnerships.
