Dan Levi became chairman of Visibilia last January, taking over from his cousin, Andrea Mevorach, who remains on the Italian group's board of directors. The move appears to be a rotation of responsibilities within the family that owns the holding company to which Visibilia belongs. The group has 3 sales networks in Italy. It has sales subsidiaries in Spain and Germany ? the latter also serves Austria, Switzerland and Denmark ? and a recently formed subsidiary in France for the French and Belgian markets. It produces exclusively in Italy, using a combination of company-owned facilities and contract work. In 2003 Visibilia reduced its debt and posted a turnover of €30 million, more or less the same as in 2002.
