Dollond & Aitchison, the British optical retail chain owned by De Rigo, has launched a funny TV commercial, where animated customers have different service experiences at D&A versus the competition. The latter is compared to a sausage factory where the customer is strewn through a series of machines and then fitted with eyewear. The animated customer is actually encased in a sausage skin before being relieved by a D&A colleague who invites him to a D&A outlet. The campaign is titled ?D&A. We See Eyecare Differently.?
