Topcon has a new VP in R&D
Topcon Healthcare, the division of Japanese optical manufacturer Topcon Corporation, has hired Dr. Tilman Otto to serve as Vice President of Technology Innovation and Incubation. He is charged with identifying, developing, and scaling new tech, overseeing the R&D pipeline for new imaging and diagnostic systems.
