Fgx Goes Ahead With Its Ipo

FGX International, the parent company of FosterGrant, Quantum Optics and Magnivision, raised about $97.2 million in net proceeds from its planned initial public offering on the NASDAQ stock exchange in New York. They will be used mainly to repay outstanding debt.
