For an undisclosed sum, Vista Optics has acquired the contact lens materials and consumables business of Lamda Polytech. The deal doesn't include Lamda's engineering division. The goal is to move the recently bought operations to Vista's 15,000-square-foot headquarters in Cheshire, the UK.
