Gianluca Croci was appointed general manager of Marcolin France last month. Croci has spent most his career so far in the luxury goods and fashion sectors at brands such as Giorgio Armani and Roberto Cavalli. He takes over from Michel Duranton who spent two years at Marcolin France. Before Duranton, the position had been held for 16 years by Valérie Abbou, formerly in charge of Viva in France and now head of France and Israel for Kering Eyewear. Croci will report to José Antonio Jove, the direction of Marcolin's European subsidiaries. With sales of more than €35 million in 2015, Marcolin France is one of the group's strongest subsidiaries.
