Giovanni Marcolin Coffen no longer controls Inmar, the family holding company that owns 25.04 percent of Marcolin. The change follows a reshuffle of voting rights among shareholders conducted on April 28. It was reported by Consob, the watchdog of the Italian stock exchange.
