Greg Pollock is the new vice president, business development for New York Eye, supporting the continued growth of the company into new markets and brands. He will report to Arthur Jankolovits, the company's president. Pollock was previously senior director of sales in Luxottica's independent and sun specialty division and also had an executive role at Logo of the Americas/Premier Vision. New York Eye, founded in 1977, is going to launch the Eddie Bauer and Dale Earnhardt Jr. brands this year. Its private brands include Valerie Spencer and Taka, and its licensed brands include Joan Collins, Woolrich and Coleman.
