Groupe All and Luz have unveiled the details of their strategic partnership, which will revolve around a shared reference catalog called “SuperCent” with a potential for purchase volume of €300 million. In the space of three years, SuperCent is expected to grow by 15 percent and to total around 4,000 points of sale. The product offer will be extended to a catalog of more than 10,000 references, and customers will be able to prepare their purchase online. All and Luz also said they will be focusing on value-added products such as custom lenses and frames made in France. In addition, in the short term the two groups plan to merge their IT systems. The details of the partnership were presented by Stéphanie Dangre, chairman of Groupe All, and Jérôme Schertz, managing director of Groupe Luz, during a press conference on June 16.
