Hilco Vision acquires two German companies
Hilco Vision has announced the acquisitions of two German-based companies, Breitfeld & Schliekert and Lexxoo International. The financial details were not disclosed. These transactions represent the first add-on acquisitions for Hilco Vision since May 2014, when it was acquired by Blue Point Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
