In an interview with Vision Monday, Komono, the Belgian-based eyewear and watch brand, announced several management and distribution changes. Charlotte and Michael Arts were recently appointed as creative director and sales specialist, respectively. Michael Arts previously served as executive vice president at PVH Corp., owner of international fashion brands such as Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. In terms of distribution, Komono renewed its partnership with Sample & Supply for the French market, although switching from a distribution to an agency model. The Belgian company also changed to a more direct organization in Germany and broadened the duties of Max Morgenstern, who is already a sales representative for the brand and will now manage the sales agents' team in the country. In Italy, Komono recently signed a partnership with Slam Jam for the distribution of its eyewear and watch collections.
