Invicta, the American supplier of multi-color photochromic lenses, wants to raised another $2.5 million in equity this year to fund the international rollout of its Solera line. The company's revenues declined to $301,460 in the 1st quarter of 2002, but its net loss was reduced to $874,250 from $1.2 million in the year-ago period. Sales had risen to $1.3 million in 2001, generating a $8.6 million net loss.
