Jan Rosenberg has informed the supervisory board of Silhouette International Schmied that he is leaving as the Austrian company's chief executive for personal reasons. As a result, Arnold Schmied is stepping out of the supervisory board to serve again as CEO of the company owned by his family, joining two other members of the executive board, Andreas Meier and Thomas Windischbauer, until a successor has been identified. Rosenberg had been running Silhouette since the spring of 2014, replacing Daniel Rogger, who had joined Windischbauer on the executive board in December 2013. The two managers had taken the places of Arnold Schmied and his brother Klaus, who had been running the company in various positions for 15 years, with Arnold taking care lately of product development, brand management, sales and human resources. They both moved at that point to the supervisory board.
