Madrid eyeglass subsidy extended to contacts
The Spanish autonomous community of Madrid and the National College of Opticians-Optometrists (CNOO) are broadening the scope of their €55 eyewear subsidy for 14-year-olds, according to Modaengafas. In addition to corrective eyeglasses, the subsidy will now cover their contact lenses.
