Lena Henry has been appointed chief executive of Essilor France, from Dec. 1. She replaces Alexandre Montague, who decided to pursue opportunities outside the group. Henry has been with the Essilor group for nearly seven years. According to her LinkedIn account, she was previously regional vice president of Essilor, based in London, overseeing the U.K. and Ireland. Between July 2015 and Dec. 2018, she was president in charge of e-commerce, based in Singapore, and from May 2013 to July 2015, chief strategy officer, also in Singapore.
