Lens.com has filed a suit in District Court in Nevada, accusing 1-800-Contacts of antitrust violations. Lens.com says that its competitor sought to achieve market dominance by using anticompetitive practices such as censoring or impeding customer information, manufacturing fictional trademark rights, and filing frivolous trademark infringement lawsuits against competitors.
