Lenstore, the online contact lens retailer, has been acquired by GrandVision for an undisclosed amount. Mitesh and Olga Patel, who founded Lenstore in 2008, will remain with the Guernsey-registered business. Lenstore, which offers its customers a same-day delivery service, saw sales grow beyond £5 million (€6.1m-$8.2m) in 2012.
