Lunor, the stylish German eyewear brand, has taken many measures in recent years to reduce its CO² emissions. Since this summer, the company compensates for all of them, cooperating with a German non-governmental organization, Fokus-Zukunft. In order to compensate for the values determined of the so-called CO² footprint, Lunor supports three projects of Fokus-Zukunft: reforestation activities in Colombia, forest conservation programs in Uruguay and the development of solar energy in India. All three investments will compensate for the CO² emissions of the German eyewear producer over the next two years. Lunor has also integrated a solar energy system in its company's building in Bad Liebenzell. Its sales representatives use vehicles powered by natural gas.
