Luxottica is ready to buy Alain Mikli, maybe also Salmoiraghi

Luxottica has entered into exclusive negotiations to take over a 100 percent stake in Alain Mikli International, the French luxury eyewear company. The acquisition would not include the sunglass operations of Vuarnet, which had been taken over by Mikli at the end of 2009 along with the related licensing rights.
