Marc'ennovy, the Spanish developer of individually tailored contact lenses, is beginning to do business in Australia through a dedicated ordering platform. The operation is led by Chris Harous, managing director for the Asia-Pacific region. Founded in 1997, Marc'ennovy sells about one million contact lenses per year. It is reportedly expecting to reach a turnover of €20 million this year, up from €17 million in 2017, with two-thirds of that generated from outside Spain. Just prior to the move, Marc'ennovy announced a partnership with the Brien Holden Vision Institute, whose head office is in Sidney, to provide new designs of soft contact lenses for the management of myopia and presbyopia.
