Modo Eyewear recorded significant growth in the third quarter of 2017 which will likely lead the Italian-American eyewear company to go beyond the record level of more than €50 achieved last year in its annual revenues. Sales rose by 25 percent in the Americas and by 38 percent in Europe. The group consists of a New York-based company for the Americas and one in Milan for Europe and the rest of the world. The glasses are made in Japan. The main collections are grouped under the Modo and Eco house brands. The latter one recalls the extensive environmental reforestation program in which Modo invests some of its profits. Modo is also the eyewear licensee for two fashion brands, 7 For Minkind and Derek Lam.
