Moscot, the New York-based luxury eyewear brand, has opened its first store in the U.K., which is also its sixth shop worldwide and its third overseas. The U.K. store is located in the heart of London's West End, at 37 Beak Street. Moscot was founded by Hyman Moscot in 1899, when he started selling spectacles from a pushcart on Orchard Street, in New York's Lower East Side. The new London store, which was inaugurated on Dec. 11, showcases vintage eyewear from the family's archives, while featuring an interactive touchscreen experience that allows fans to connect with Moscot Music and other contents.
