Munich, the Spanish brand of sneakers and futsal boots, is reportedly launching its first collection of eyewear, produced by a Spanish company called Optim. The line is starting off with a series of prescription frames that are being marketed in Spain by Optica Universitaria on an exclusive basis. Munich saw its sales decline by almost 12 percent to €30 million last year, but they are expected to rebound in 2013, reaching €32 million, thanks to its expansion in foreign markets such as Japan, Portugal, Italy and Germany.
