New management changes are taking place at Rodenstock. Ludger Vonnahme, who had been appointed in July 2006 as finance manager, paving the way for the subsequent change of ownership, is leaving the company. Giancarlo Galli, chief executive, is taking over his functions on an interim basis. Also Dieter Meier, another member of the management responsible for operations (R&D, production, purchasing and logistics), is leaving Rodenstock at the end of June. He is being replaced by Michael Kleer, who previous handled the automotive and manufacturing sectors at Arthur D. Little.
