Orange 21 is creating a new music division, following up on the partnership it announced recently with Mary J. Blige and Jimmy Iovine of Interscope Records (see previous issue). Fran Richards, Orange 21's vice president for marketing, will move over to be vice president for business development as well as head up the new music division. In addition, Matt Harkins, previously brand manager, is now vice president for brand management and takes charge of marketing.
