Pierre Verrier, who ran Logo Eyewear between 2008 and 2011, has acquired the French Cemo Group together with two of its managers. Based in the Jura region, the group employs 45 people and is a contractor for several important French eyewear companies and for Atol, a French buying group whose private label collection is made in France. Founded in 1965, the group consists of Cemo, a manufacturer of high-end prescription frames and sunglasses, and Décovision, which takes care of coloring and other surface treatment processes.
