The eyewear manufacturer Vuillet Vega and the lens maker Novacel will both present their know-how and one of their products during the second edition of “La grande exposition du fabriqué en France”, an event organized on July 3 and 4 by the French ministry of industry in order to showcase products made in France across different industries and crafts. Last year, 10,000 French people visited the first edition of the event at the Élysée presidential palace. Founded in 1843, the Jura-based Vuillet Vega has been certified by the Origine France Garantie label, a certification guaranteeing that at least 50 percent of the product’s added value is acquired in in the country, since 2011. The company will present a gold-plated frame with a precious stone incorporated in each temple. Novacel, also a recipient of the Origine France Garantie for most of its ranges, will display its newly launched Eden Zeta progressive lens.
