Focus, a German business magazine, looked at the performance in terms of customer service for 22,000 companies operating in 150 different sectors in the country. The research published a couple of weeks ago was based on the analysis by artificial intelligence tools of tens of thousands of online messages and millions of social media sources, according to the publisher. For each sector, the company with the best customer service feedback received a grade of 100 points which served as the benchmark for the other companies in the same category. For optical retail chains, Fielmann came out first, followed by Pro Optik and Apollo with 84.9 and 83.2 points, respectively. Only two companies were researched in the online optical retail category, where Mister Spex received 100 points, followed by Brillen.de with 68.6 points.
