Two small independent retail groups merge in the Benelux
BrilGroup and ClearVision, two relatively small retail groups operating in partnership with independent opticians and hearing aid specialists in the Netherlands and Belgium, have agreed to merge. The new entity, called ClearVision Group, has a retail footprint of 41 stores
