Rodenstock has agreed to a cross-licensing agreement with Carl Zeiss Vision for patents covering some of their ophthalmic lens technologies, including Zeiss' back-surface free-from technology. Zeiss has already struck similar agreements with Essilor, Hoya, Indizen and Vision-Ease.
