The acquisition of French-based Luneau in August 2003 allowed Visionix to almost triple its sales to €9,967,000 for the first nine months of this year, generating operating profit before amortization and depreciation (Ebitda) of €243,000 against a loss of €1,339,000. Earnings for the full year are likely to exceed earlier projections. The Jerusalem-based company has appointed a new vice president of sales and marketing, Etienne Sauvageot, who previously had similar functions at Briot International.
