The British Contact Lens Association names new president and council members
The British Contact Lens Association (BCLA) welcomed Brian Tompkins as its new president, and Keith Tempany as president-elect. Susan Bowers, the outgoing president, presented Tompkins with the Presidential Chain of Office at the association's awards dinner, which was held in Liverpool on May 30.
