The Italian section of the Christian Blind Mission (CBM), the international non-profit organization for the blind, presented the second edition of “Unlimited Love,” a campaign intended to raise funds to restore sight to 1,000 women in Africa. The event was celebrated on July 2, at the flagship store of Salmoiraghi & Viganò in Piazza Cordusio, Milan. On the occasion, CBM and Filippa Lagerbäck, a television host and fashion model who is the ambassador for the campaign, introduced a limited edition of 1,000 numbered sunglasses. The proceeds will pay the full costs of the eye operations necessary to restore sight to 1,000 African mothers. The glasses are entirely made in Italy by Essequadro Eyewear, while the Salmoiraghi retail chain promotes sales through its website, www.salmoiraghievigano.it.
