The mens' wear designer Thom Browne has signed a global licensing agreement with Dita Eyewear for Dita to make and distribute a new collection of Thom Browne sunglasses and ophthalmic eyewear. The new collection, which should be out this autumn, was designed with the co-founders of Dita Eyewear, Jeff Solorio and John Juniper. The 20 styles will be unveiled at Silmo; at retail, they will sell for prices from $450 to $1,500 in prestigious fashion and optical boutiques. The deal is Dita's first licensing agreement with a luxury brand, and Thom Browne's first licensing agreement ever.
