The Swiss optician Marc-Etienne Berdoz has asked a court to order the television channel TSR to remove from its website the findings of an inquiry that ranked Berdoz Optic fifth among the best-priced opticians in the country. The Swiss newspaper 24 Heures reports that Berdoz argued that the whole purpose of his company was to be the cheapest, and that the reporters had used erroneous methodology to come up with their results. A judge in the canton of Lausanne was to rule on the request for withdrawal of the report this month.
