According to the French governmental plan for the progressive lift of lockdown restrictions in the country announced last week by President Emmanuel Macron, trade fairs and exhibitions will be authorized to take place from next June 30, without any limit in number of participants, provided that sanitary measures comply with the rules in place on D Day. Following this announcement, and encouraged by the progress in vaccination programs and international travel as well as by the perspective of holding an industry onsite event after two quasi-blank years, the organizers of Silmo Paris confirmed that the 2021 edition of the show would take place from Sept. 24 to 27 at the usual Villepinte fairgrounds in the north of the French capital.
