Twenty-three optical retail stores underwent insolvency procedures in France during the second quarter of 2019, according to the data provider Altares. Fourteen stores were liquidated, eight have to undergo restructuring and one was preserved. Insolvency procedures were down 46.5 percent from 43 in the second quarter of 2018.
