Vista Eyewear, the company behind the Mad in Italy brand, said its sales are continuing to grow through 2015. Sales increased by 12 percent in the first quarter of the year, mostly driven by the new Madup! line, which accounted for more than 50 percent of sales in Italy. In 2014, sales reached €4.5 million, representing a 34 percent growth over the previous year. The Italian eyewear maker, based in Alano di Piave, near Belluno, creates its products from local resources, from design to production.
